Scene 7: Dancing Elephant

Another early interaction employees may experience with SynqUp occurs when they send a "good" meeting. In reality, the majority of meetings scheduled by employees align with the company's guidelines. During these moments, employees will notice an elephant as the meeting invitation is sent out to the attendees.

Scene 8: Cost Calculator (Optional)

This feature is optional and depends on the company's configuration. For companies that have decided to use the Cost Calculator feature, employees will surely notice this addition to the meeting setup form as one of the biggest changes.
