SYNQ UP Ltd., and its affiliates (“Synq-Up”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of the users (“User(s)” or “you”) of our website at: www.synq-up.com and its subdomains (the “Site”), and our "Synq Up" platform (the "Platform"), and is committed to protect its Users’ personal information. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you visit and/or use our Site and/or Platform. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it.
This Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, forms an integral part of our (a) Site’s Terms of Use available at: www.synq-up.com/terms-conditions; and/or (b) the Platform End User License Agreement executed between you (or your organization, where applicable) and Synq-Up (as applicable), and is incorporated into the aforesaid by reference.
1. Your Consent (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) details how your Personal Information collected via the Site and/or Platform is used and processed by Synq-Up.
BY ENTERING, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND/OR PLATFORM AND/OR BY PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US VIA OUR SITE AND/OR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE AND/OR PLATFORM AND YOU SHOULD NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO USE CERTAIN FEATURES OF THE PLATFORM, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO LINK THE PLATFORM WITH YOUR CALENDARS OPERATED BY THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, YOU HEREBY GRANT SYNQ-UP ACCESS TO, AND THE ABILITY TO EXTRACT CERTAIN DATA INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INFORMATION WHICH ARE HELD BY SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND/OR COPY SUCH INFORMATION, AS NECESSARY. PLEASE NOTE – WE WILL EXTRACT THIS DATA SOLELY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU THE SERVICES OFFERED VIA THE PLATFORM. WE DO NOT SHARE OR WILL EVER SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTY FOR MARKETING PURPOSES WHATSOEVER.
2. Which information we may collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
2.1. Non-personal Information. The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information. Non-personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering into and/or using the Site and/or Platform (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information.
You may access and browse the Site and/or Platform without disclosing personal information, although, like most websites and platforms, we passively collect certain Non-Personal Information from your devices when you access and browse our Site and/or Platform, including: (i) technical information such as the type and version of your device and its operating system, the type of browser, screen resolution, device browser and keyboard language, Wi-Fi connectivity and the type and name of your device and/or browser, etc.; and (ii) behavioral information which may include the User’s click-stream on the Site and/or Platform, the activities of the User on the Site and/or Platform and additional information of a similar nature (collectively,“Technical and Behavioral Information”). We also use third-party service providers such as Google Analytics to obtain detailed analytics on the device and the User's behavior on the Site and/or Platform.
Please note that we or our third-party service providers will collect such Technical and Behavioral Information by using certain technologies such as cookies, as further detailed below.
2.2. Personal Information. The other type of information we collect is individually identifiable information. This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature (“Personal Information”).
2.2.1. Personal Information which is provided consciously and voluntarily:

Contact Form: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide us while filing the “Contact Form” available on the Site, including without limitation, your full name, email address, telephone number and Company’s name. Additional information may be requested via the “Contact Form” in the future.

Communications with Synq-Up: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of any communications with Synq-Up, by any means, including by email, telephone, or through our social media pages or otherwise. Such Personal Information may include your name and contact details and any other information which you may voluntarily provide to us.

Information derived from your use of our Platform: when you use the Platform, we are aware of you actions and interactions within our Platform and may retain such information. For example, when you use the "agenda seeker" feature of our Platform, information from User's calendar is collected by integrating with third-parties calendar providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft) via specific APIs.

Meeting content information: Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of the Platform, such as meeting time, meeting duration, recurrence schedule, meeting name, meeting participants, meeting description, meeting location and any other information available in the meeting entry.

Our newsletter and other commercial materials: you may voluntarily provide us with your contact details in order to subscribe to our newsletter and to receive commercial materials from Synq-Up and our partners.

Registration to the Platform: Personal Information is collected from the details the Users provide as part of the registration to the Platform and creating an account (including, to the extent applicable, by executing an agreement with us). Such Personal Information may include your name, e-mail address, and any other information which you may voluntarily provide to us.
Users may also choose to open an account by using their existing third-party account, such as the User's Google account (""), by using its single sign-on mechanism. Upon registration to the Platform through the User's existing Third Party Account, the applicable third party provides us with access to certain information about such User as is stored in their Third Party Account, namely, any information which is detailed and displayed to the User in the notice which appears during the integration process with the Third Party Account (for example, the User's name, email address and other information the User make publicly available via the applicable third party platform). Please read carefully such notice in order to understand what information is available to Synq-Up via the Third Party Account. We may collect your login information and other relevant information necessary to enable us to access your Third Party Account (such as, User access token) in order to collect and/or store, to the extent legally permissible the abovementioned data contained within your Third Party Account which you provided us access to. Synq-Up may store the above-mentioned information (or any part of it), in order to achieve the purposes set forth herein. Please remember that the manner in which the Third Party Account uses, stores and discloses your information is governed solely by its policies and Synq-Up shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of the applicable third party platform. You hereby agree that such information will be stored even after the linkage to your Third Party Account expires, for any reason.
2.2.2. Personal Information collected via technology:

Identifiers: during your use of the Site and/or Platform, we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or remotely store online identifiers, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, your Unique Device Identifier (UDID(, or other unique identifiers, for security purposes and analytics.

Geolocation data: while using the Site and/or Platform we will access, collect, process, monitor and/or remotely store "geolocation data", including through the collection of IP addresses and other similar information to determine your general location for analytics and security purposes.

Technical and Behavioral Information: to the extent that the Technical and Behavioral Information detailed above under Section 2.1 will be linked to or associated with a specific individual, then such information will be considered as Personal Information.
Please note:

We may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you and any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists.
3. How Do We Collect Information about Our Users?
There are a few main methods that we use in order to collect information:
3.1. We collect information through your entry, connection, access and/or use of the Site and/or Platform. In other words, when you are using the Site and/or Platform, we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage. For example, when you use the Site, we gather your Technical and Behavioral Information.
3.2. We collect information which you decide to provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal Information that you provide via the Contact Form on our Site and when you communicate with us.
3.3. We collect Personal Information from your Third Party Service account(s) which you linked to your account. We collect information and data which may be deemed as Personal Information from the Third Party Service accounts that you have linked to your Account and which are held by third party service providers (e.g. Google), by using such third parties' APIs.
We may gather, collect and store such information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.
4. What are the Purposes of the collection and processing of information?
4.1. Non-personal Information is collected in order to:

Use it for statistical and research purposes and for customization and improvement of our Site and/or Platform.

Enhance the User's experience while using the Site and/or Platform.

Keep the Site and/or Platform safe and secured against fraudulent and criminal activity.
4.2. Personal Information is collected in order to:

To verify the User's identity when he/she signs in to the Platform.

Respond to your inquiries, requests, comments and suggestions.

Ensure that the content on the Site and/or Platform is presented in an optimal way for you and for your device (e.g. tablet, mobile phone).

Display ads and send our Site's Users offers related to Synq-Up and Synq-UP's products and services.

Send you by email, SMS, phone, through web-browser notification or through the post updates, notices, announcements, and additional information related to Synq-Up and Synq-UP's products and services.

Conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistical purposes.

Email tracking – we may use tracking technology within the email we may send you in order to improve interactions with you and to better understand whether our emails were opened and read, and such tracking may include capturing the time and date in which you opened our email messages and the type of device you use to open such emails.

Keep the Site and/or Platform safe and secured and for prevention of fraud and crime.

Comply with our legal obligations and in order to be able to protect our rights and legitimate interests, including in order to improve the Site and/or Platform.

Maintain our data processing records and general administrative purposes.
Note to our Users in the EU:
In order for Synq-Up to process your Personal Information, as detailed herein, such processing must be justified by a "lawful basis" for processing. Please note that the Personal Information processing activities detailed herein may be justified on the basis that:
· the processing is based on your consent - where you provide us with your consent to contact you for commercial purposes, you will be asked to consent to such activities before we can process such information. If you choose not to give us your consent for such processing activities, or if you decide later to remove your consent, this may affect our ability to provide you with the affected services;
· the processing is necessary for performance of a contract to which you are party – generally your Personal Information will be provided to us because you are interested in using our Site and/or Platform in accordance with the Terms and/or the agreement executed between you and Synq-Up. As such, we rely on this basis for processing activities that are required in order to enable you to use the Site and/or Platform, to provide our services and to let you know of changes to our terms of use and privacy policy;
· the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation - we may process your Personal Information for disclosure of information to authorities and to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., paying taxes); and
· the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate commercial interests - subject to your interests and fundamental rights, processing of Personal Information will take place pursuant to our legitimate interests in offering our Users comfortable, effective and safe access to our Platform. This shall include the processing of your Personal Information in order to personalize the Platform, assist us in preventing crime and fraud and manage our internal operations. Where we rely on legitimate interests as a lawful basis, we carry out a balancing test to ensure that your interests, rights and freedoms do not override our legitimate interests.

BY ENTERING, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND/OR PLATFORM, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS SPECIFIED HEREIN.
5. Cookies
When you access or use the Site, we and/or our third party service providers may use industry-wide technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs and other similar tools (or other similar technologies) (collectively, "Cookies"), which may enable us, amongst others, to recognize your device from those of other Users of the Site, to improve the Site's performance, to deliver a better and more personalized service according to our Users' individual interests and the device or browser used, to track Users' use of the Site, to gather information about the Users' approximate geographic location (e.g. city), to prevent fraud and/or abuse, to estimate our audience size and usage pattern and perform other analytics and to develop our Site
Cookies may locally store certain Technical and Behavioral information and other Personal Information on your device and we and/or our authorized third party service providers may access such information for the purposes detailed under this Privacy Policy. We and/or our authorized third party service providers may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close the web-browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on the User’s device until he/she deletes them).
Most devices and browsers will allow you to erase Cookies from your device’s hard drive, block acceptance of Cookies, or receive a warning before a Cookie is stored on your device. However, if you block or erase Cookies, your experience of the Site may be limited.

It is possible to opt-out of having your browsing activity within the Site recorded by performance cookies. Please note that we use Google Analytics as our service provider in order to track Users' activities on the Site, including by use such services' persistent cookies. 6. Sharing Information with Third Parties
6.1. Synq-Up respects your privacy and will not disclose, share, rent, or sell your Personal Information to any third party, other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy.
6.2. In addition to using the information collected by us for the purposes described above, we may also share your information in the following cases:

Personnel: Personal Information that we collect and process may be transferred to or accessed by personnel of Synq-Up for the sole purpose of enabling the operation of the Site and/or Platform and to contact you (as detailed in Section 4 above). Please note that all Synq-Up personnel that will have access to your Personal Information are under an obligation of strict confidentiality with respect to such Personal Information.

Service Providers: Please note that we may collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Synq-Up's authorized third parties’ vendors of certain products or services (such as, cloud services) (including, as applicable, their affiliates) solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. Such vendors may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. For more information regarding our service providers, please refer to Section 10 below.

In addition, we may share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement or terms of service between you and Synq-Up, including investigation of potential violations thereof, and to defend against any claims or demands asserted against us by you or on your behalf; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (e) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Synq-Up, its Users or the general public; (f) by virtue of undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Synq-Up, so long as such acquirer maintains the same privacy terms hereunder; or (g) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.
6.3. For the avoidance of doubt, Synq-Up may use Non-personal Information and transfer and disclose it to third parties at its discretion, including without limitation for statistical, analytical and research purposes and for customization, developing and improvement of the Site and/or Platform.
7. Your Rights
Synq-Up acknowledges that under certain circumstances you may have the right to access and to request an amendment or deletion of the Personal Information we collect and process about you. If you wish to access or to correct, amend, or delete Personal Information, please send us an email with adequate details of your request to: privacy@synq-up.com and we will enable you to fulfill such rights, to the extent it is required under applicable laws.
Note to our Users in the EU:
You may have the following rights (by virtue of EU law) in respect of your Personal Information:

Right to access: you may have the right to request access to your Personal Information that is held by Synq-Up.

Right to rectification: if the Personal Information processed by Synq-Up is incorrect or incomplete, you may have the right to have your Personal Information rectified.

Right to erasure: under certain conditions, you may be entitled to require that Synq-Up will delete or "block" your Personal Information (e.g. if the continued processing of those data is not justified).

Right to portability: you may have the right to (i) receive the Personal Information concerning you, or (ii) transfer your Personal Information between data controllers (i.e. to transfer your Personal Information to another entity). The right to data portability only applies where your Personal Information is processed by us with your consent or for the performance of a contract and when processing is carried out by automated means.

Right to object to or withdraw consent: where that lawful basis for processing your Personal Information is either "public interest" or "legitimate interests", those lawful bases are not absolute, and you may have a right to object to such processing. Where you object to processing based on our legitimate interests, we shall no longer process your Personal Information unless (i) we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or (ii) for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. If the processing of your Personal Information is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to such processing at any time.

8. Minors
The Site and/or Platform are intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, Synq-Up does not intend and does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under this age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under this age are not using the Site and/or Platform.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our Site and/or Platform and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Your Personal Information is hosted on third parties’ servers, which provide advanced strict security standards (both physical and logical). Some of the security measures that we employ include, without limitation: 256-bit encryption, multi-factor authentication, least privilege access and staff training. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur. Synq-Up will comply with applicable law in the event of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your Personal Information and will inform you of such breach to the extent so required by applicable law. SYNQ-UP SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.
10. Third Party Service Providers
While using the Site and/or Platform we may be using third party service providers, who may collect, store and/or process the Personal Information detailed herein. Please read such third-party service providers' terms of use and privacy policies to understand their privacy practices. Note, that we collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Synq-Up's authorized third parties vendors of certain products or services (such as hosting cloud services) (including, as applicable, their affiliates) solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. Such third parties may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. Such third parties’ software or services may include without limitation the following categories of service providers:
· Analytics Services, such as Google Analytics.
· Hosting Cloud Services, such as Wix.com, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
11.Links to Third Party Websites
Certain links provided in the Site and/or Platform permit Users to leave our Site and/or Platform and enter non-Synq-Up sites or services. Those linked sites and services are provided solely as a convenience to you. Those linked sites and services are not under the control of Synq-Up and it is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or services, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content advertising, products, services or other information on or available from such linked sites and services or any link contained in a linked site or service. Synq-Up reserves the right to terminate any link at any time. You further acknowledge and agree that Synq-Up shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such linked sites or resource. Most of such linked sites and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy, governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those sites and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information about you is being collected.
12. International Data Transfer
We may transfer information collected about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or to other third party service provides (as provided herein) across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Please note that we may transfer such information to such third party who is located in a country and jurisdiction that whose laws do not ensure the same level of protection as the level of protection under the privacy protection lawsapplicable in your jurisdiction, and you consent to such transfer of information. Any transfer of data will be in accordance with the safeguards permitted under applicable privacy laws.
BY SUBMITTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO SYNQ-UP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE, IN JURISDICTION WHERE SUCH CONSENT IS REQUIRED, TO SUCH TRANSFER, STORING AND/OR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Note to our Users in the EU:
If you are located in the EU, you have a right to request further information regarding the data transfer mechanisms used by us with respect to data transfers to third countries.
In order to keep your Personal Information safe, we apply strict safeguards when transferring it outside of the EEA, which may include the following:
● Transferring your personal information to countries approved by the European Commission as having adequate data protection laws, such as Israel; and
· Entering into standard contracts, that have been approved by the European Commission and which provide an adequate level of high-quality protection, with the recipients of your Personal Information.
13.Direct Marketing
You hereby agree that we may use your contact details you provided us with (including, without limitation, e-mail address) for the purpose of providing you commercial and/or non-commercial materials related to our current and/or future activities and/or products. You may withdraw your consent by sending a written notice to our e-mail address at: privacy@synq-up.com or alternatively follow the instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the message transmitted to you. In addition, we may send push notifications to the User’s device after the User has agreed to accept push notifications from Synq-Up. Users can deactivate push notification by changing their browser settings.
14.Data Retention
Synq-Up will retain the Personal Information for as long as we are confident that it is accurate and can be relied upon. Personal Information which is no longer required for the purpose for which it was initially collected will be deleted, unless we have a valid justification to retain it which is permitted under applicable law, such as to resolve disputes or comply with our legal obligations.
15. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Synq-Up reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently to check for any changes. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Site and/or Platform or we will send you an e-mail regarding such changes (to the extent that you provided us with such e-mail address). Such material changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Site and/or Platform or sent to you via e-mail, whichever is the earlier. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” and your continued use of the Site and/or Platform on or after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes. In the event that the terms should be amended to comply with any legal requirements, the amendments may take effect immediately, or as required by the law and without any prior notice.
